contract terms and conditions
Contract terms of 1, 2 or 3 years are available on free on loan and rental agreements. Contract terms must be completed - early termination fees apply. Customers may switch between free on loan and rental, or upgrade their machine, at any time during their agreement. All coffee consumables used in contracted machines must be purchased through Coffee Suppliers. Service calls resulting from incorrect usage are not covered under warranty and will be charged separately. A water filter is included with installation - annual replacement is required from the end of the first year at the customer's expense. Coffee prices exclude GST. Other conditions apply.
