free trial policy

1. The machine(s) are provided free on loan for the trial period. Consumable products (e.g. coffee, tea, cleaning products) are not free. All opened products will be charged at our advertised prices. Unused and unopened consumable packets will be credited upon return, unless they are more than one month old.
2. The machine(s) shall remain the property of Coffee Suppliers Limited at all times. Coffee Suppliers Limited may register a PPSR/security interest against the machine(s).
3. If, at the conclusion of the free trial, a supply agreement is signed, all consumable and cleaning products will be charged and invoiced at the agreed prices.
4. The advertised free maintenance applies only if all service calls are placed via phone: 0800 438 263 or email: service@coffeesuppliers.co.nz.
5. Purchases and transactions are to be paid by the 20th of the month following invoice date. Payments must be made in full without deduction or offset to Coffee Suppliers Limited. Should Coffee Suppliers Limited need to recover overdue amounts, any recovery costs incurred shall be payable by the customer.
6. Coffee Suppliers Limited may, at its discretion, terminate this agreement, cancel the trial, and repossess the machine(s) at any time without notice.
7. Coffee Suppliers Limited accepts no liability for any damages, losses, or problems arising from the delivery, installation, maintenance, or use of the machine(s) or any associated products. This includes consequential or indirect losses, and any damages arising from negligence, omission, or actions of Coffee Suppliers Limited, its employees, representatives, subcontractors, or agents. Any plumbing part(s) fitted as part of installation may remain as a permanent fixture.
